Political Campaign Field Executive – Tamil Nadu (Southern Districts)

Tenure: Until May 2026 (Tamil Nadu Elections)
Location: Southern Districts of Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Languages: Tamil & English (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Education: Bachelor's degree (any field) – Required
Requirements: Own two-wheeler with valid driving license, and a laptop

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door campaigns, local events, and rallies to connect with voters and understand their concerns.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Assist in organizing and guiding volunteers and party members for various campaign activities.
  • Data Collection: Gather feedback on voter sentiments and local issues; provide timely reports to the central team.
  • Event Support: Help in setting up and managing campaign events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Content Creation: Capture photos and videos during field activities for social media and internal reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive for data collection and report preparation.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior involvement in political campaigns, surveys, marketing, or field sales is a plus. Basic political knowledge is a must
