We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer - Video Banking in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and deliver high-quality video banking services to clients.
  • Provide personalized banking solutions and address customer queries via video conferencing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote banking products through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to improve banking services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in a video banking or customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications, including video conferencing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
