We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Banking Specialist – Client Static Data. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate management of client static data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position aligned with the Singapore time zone.
Your key tasks
- Monitor and manage Client static Data accurately
- Understanding of client static data elements (e.g., name, address, legal entity, tax IDs, account relationships), KYC aspects and impacts
- Responsible for meeting agreed service level and turnaround times in all assigned activities
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, risks and controls
- Cross coverage support within Banking Operations Division when required
- Work as per Singapore time zone
- This role requires full-time presence in office, with no provision for remote work
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or other related area
- 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations, client data management, or back-office processing in the banking or financial services domain
- Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high degree of independence, integrity, flexibility and reliability
- Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup, filters, pivot, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Continuous improvement attitude (Kaizen, Six Sigma,) to guarantee the best service and client experience.
- Excellent English knowledge (written and oral)
