Job Description:A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition effort estimation diagnosis solution generationand design and deploymentYou will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys information available in public domains vendor evaluation information etcand build POCsYou will create requirement specifications from the business needs define the to be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirementsYou will support configuring solution requirements on the products understand if any issues diagnose the root cause of such issues seek clarifications and then identify and shortlist solution alternativesYou will also contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customersIf you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey this is the place for youKey Responsibilities:Total 6 8 years experience with minimum 4 5 years of experience in Service Management SM Customer Service CSAdvanced knowledge on Notification Service orders Warranty and billingSales and DistributionExpert knowledge on Contracts Value Quantity ServiceExperience knowledge in S 4 Hana SAP Hybris BRIM BRF SAP portalWorked on revenue recognitionHands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billingRepair order processCustomer service master data Equipment master warranty master functional location counters etcKnowledge on Idocs setup of partner profile creating segments testing idocsCoordinate all PLC phases b w onsite offshore teamsExperience creating functional specifications for RICEF objectsWorked on Interfaces with both SAP and no SAP systemsAbility to read and debug ABAP codes preferred to haveAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong in depth experience IN Logistics Execution EDI Idoc Integration Warehouse Management Shipping and system integration areasAble to analyze business requirements providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs performing necessary SAP configurations writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs testing and implementing the automated solutionMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical and Communication skillsTechnical Requirements:Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining analyzing and structuring relevant dataAwareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateAbility to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgePreferred Skills:Technology->SAP SM (service management)->SAP SM (service management)
