About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in property sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through leads, referrals, marketing activities, and networking.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Maintain strong relations with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate deals, finalize sales, and complete all required documentation.
  • Stay updated with property prices, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports on CRM and Excel.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market, property laws, and documentation process.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
