Job Summary

The Lead Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets using AWS and Snowflake technologies to derive actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines using Snowflake Streams and Snowflake SQL to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for data management and governance to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimize data processing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Design and execute data validation processes to ensure the quality of data outputs.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and cloud technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Lead initiatives to automate data collection and analysis processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the data analytics team. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in AWS and Snowflake technologies with proven experience in Snowflake Streams and Snowflake SQL.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data modeling and pipeline development to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Have a solid understanding of data governance and security best practices.
  • Show proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
