About the Role

We are expanding our global footprint and need someone who can bridge creativity with sourcing expertise. This role demands not just strong communication and negotiation skills but also a keen design sense the ability to recognize trends, identify the right patterns, and know which global printers and suppliers specialize in which designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source decorative design papers from international suppliers and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global printers and design houses.
  • Track global design trends and align sourcing with market demand.
  • Identify which printer produces which category of designs for fast, effective procurement.
  • Negotiate and secure the best terms with suppliers while ensuring quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong design awareness and eye for detail in decorative patterns.
  • Prior experience in global sourcing, procurement, or decorative surface materials preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and act with speed.
