Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive-Geology, based in Trivandrum with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive-Geology will be responsible for conducting environmental and geological assessments, developing and managing mining projects, and creating effective solutions for geotechnical challenges. Day-to-day tasks include fieldwork, data analysis, report preparation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Geological assessments, Environmental analysis, and Geotechnical evaluations
  • Experience in Mining project development and Mineral resource management
  • Knowledge of water, air, and soil pollution control, including mitigation measures
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards in the environmental and geological sectors
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Fieldwork experience and a willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
