Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Jaipur. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, identifying their training needs, and promoting igmGuru's offerings to help clients achieve their professional goals. The role emphasizes effective communication and customer-centric strategies to drive sales and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and convert potential customers.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proven track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through attentive and proactive support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and meet performance targets.
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
