Job Description

Role-
Assistant / Deputy Manager -RISK MANAGEMENT- AMC background preferred.

upto 20 Lakhs p.a.

The position is responsible for identifying and reporting investment, operational, regulatory, and organizational risks. The job involves liaising with stakeholders from different departments for risk data collection, creating risk reports, and supporting the Risk Management Department on various Risk functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare risk reports and share insights with the Investment teams
  • Conduct portfolio stress testing based on regulatory requirements
  • Provide support for ongoing Internal Audits on a regular basis
  • Draft and present risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff
  • Support the Risk Management Department in reviewing / assessing risk management policies and protocols
  • Collate Functional SOPs with process flowchart & Conduct Risk Control and Self Assessment
  • Monitor daily investment limits and report deviations / breaches.
  • Consider risk at both an enterprise-wide and specific functional-level
  • Support to monitor the set up Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Early Warning Signals (EWS) for each departmen.
  • Conduct Online Risk Test for Employees on a quarterly basis
  • Deliver Risk Appreciation Workshop to build Risk Awareness
  • Performs other duties as directed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • He or she should be a professionally qualified either in financial and/or in Risk related
  • (CA/MBA/CFA/FRM)
  • He or she should have an adequate experience (2 to 5 years on the job) in Risk related assignment in a financial company like MF/Bank
  • Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
  • Good MS Excel and Bloomberg skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software to prepare reports and policies.
