Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, & manage government tender opportunities relevant to the companys products Lead the end-to-end tender process, including documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups
  • Manage sales & business development activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with government agencies and institutions to ensure favorable outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all tender and GeM guidelines, policies, and statutory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officials, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, and product) to prepare accurate bids and proposals
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in government procurement
  • Achieve sales targets through effective tender participation and GeM business development
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on tender status, pipeline, and sales performance.
