Our team is growing We're hiring Experienced Project Estimators to join us, with the primary responsibility of taking off quantities for USA-based commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand construction drawings, assembly details and specifications.
  • Analyze project documents to identify potential issues and conflicts, documenting them for resolution.
  • Provide accurate detailed estimates of building assemblies and materials.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations when required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay updated on changes to ensure timely execution.
  • Understand any new scope of work and create the workflow and execution plan.
  • Work effectively with internal and external teams to drive projects forward.
  • Identify potential challenges and issues, simplify them into clear solutions, and communicate the information effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of dedicated experience preparing commercial construction estimates for USA based projects.
  • Applicant should have sound knowledge of estimating and costing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in estimating and costing; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A progressive, hardworking attitude with a strong desire to achieve goals and complete projects on time.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly; flexible in working across various projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, Planswift, OST, AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel is essential).
  • Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Must be a clear and effective communicator.
  • Local Candidates Preferred: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Nagpur area or those willing to relocate immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
