Job Title: QA Engineer (Automation & Process Setup)

Location: Bhopal

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in setting up QA processes and automation frameworks from scratch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing applications in FinTech, payments, and security compliance domains, and will be able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, establish, and implement QA processes and best practices for applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks with a focus on regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing across web and backend applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and security compliance.
  • Drive test automation strategy and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing aligned with FinTech/payment standards.
  • Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication on testing progress, issues, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in automation and process setup.
  • Proven ability to set up QA automation independently without external guidance.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, AWS, Postgres, ReactJS, and Django.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of FinTech, payment systems, and security compliance (PCI DSS, ISO, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in FinTech or payment gateways.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions or similar tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
