We are expanding our Base24-EPS engineering capability and seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to drive configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization across mission-critical payment platforms.

Core Responsibilities


• Configure and maintain Base24-EPS components (routing rules, institutions, journals, EOD)


• Develop and deploy custom scripting logic and reusable components


• Troubleshoot multi-channel transaction flows and analyze routing logs


• Support platform deployments across Linux, IBM zSeries/pSeries, and HP NonStop


• Contribute to migration programs including ISO interface modernization


• Manage UI configuration, security, roles, and environment localization


• Partner with product, BA, and operations teams on delivery progress and fixes


• Implement monitoring, dashboards, and operational alerts


• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance

Required Skills


• Strong knowledge in C++ and Java


• Hands-on scripting in Base24-EPS with SDK/CDE and Metaman utilities


• Experience in routing logic, transaction processing, and multi-channel payment flows


• Familiarity with Linux, IBM platforms, and HP NonStop environments


• Skilled in log analysis and high-availability troubleshooting


• Understanding of ISO standards and migration strategies


• Proficient documentation and technical reporting ability

Good to Have


• PCI-DSS, EMV, tokenization, scheme certifications


• DB2, WebSphere MQ, and IBM middleware stack exposure


• Experience with cloud or hybrid payment deployments


• Knowledge of real-time risk monitoring tools
