About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and visionary
Senior Graphics and Motion Graphics Designer
to join our creative team. You'll be at the forefront of visual storytelling, conceptualizing and crafting high-impact designs and animations across digital platforms. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles, branding, and motion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and motion projects
    from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the brand's visual standards and strategic objectives.
  • Design compelling
    static graphics, layouts, and illustrations
    for digital and print media.
  • Create
    engaging motion graphics and animations
    for videos, social media, presentations, ads, and UI/UX elements.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, developers, and video editors to produce integrated creative solutions.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visually striking executions.
  • Mentor junior designers
    and provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay updated with current design and motion trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and quality.
  • Design or convert storyboards into compelling motion graphics that contain images, typography, and/or audio.
  • Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create graphic elements as needed, and ensure that the design is in sync with the style guide and brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects;
  • Expert proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
    ; working knowledge of tools like
    Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma
    is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audiovisual content
  • Solid understanding of
    typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field.
