Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Trainer, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating cybersecurity training programs. The role includes creating course materials, conducting hands-on workshops, guiding trainees on cybersecurity best practices, and staying updated with evolving industry trends. The trainer will also provide mentorship and ensure that training aligns with industry standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Information Security
  • Knowledge of Network Security and expertise in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities
  • Experience in Malware Analysis and implementing security protocols
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting effective training sessions
  • Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred
