**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team. The trainer will deliver high-quality training to students and professionals on a variety of cybersecurity topics. This role requires strong technical expertise, practical knowledge of cybersecurity, and excellent communication skills to effectively teach and mentor students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity topics such as network security, ethical hacking, risk management, cryptography, incident response, and compliance.
- **Develop Course Materials**: Create, review, and update training materials, presentations, and exercises to reflect current cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques.
- **Hands-on Labs**: Design and facilitate hands-on lab activities that provide practical experience with cybersecurity tools and simulations of real-world scenarios.
- **Mentor and Support Learners**: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, answering questions, clarifying concepts, and encouraging best practices in cybersecurity.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Continuously research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and developments in cybersecurity to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- **Evaluate Student Performance**: Assess students’ understanding through assessments, tests, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the curriculum development team to identify areas for improvement and update content as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X years] of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with hands-on experience in threat analysis, network security, incident response, and ethical hacking.
- **Training Experience**: Prior experience as a trainer or educator in cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption protocols, etc.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to learners of all levels.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹11,337.64 - ₹50,040.71 per month
