We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Field Executive to join Kluton Paint Industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients on field, promoting our paint products, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Visit potential clients, dealers, contractors, builders, and painters to promote Kluton paint products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely order closures.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch team for smooth order execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
