FW Validation Lead JD Details: years of experience in embedded system based validation and test automation 2. Strong experience in Azure Devops or CI/CD test automation frameworks 3. Hands on experience with configuring test devices and working in a lab environment 6. Familiar with identifying and raising bugs, setting up the environment to reproduce issues and collaborating with FW devs. 7. Experience with microcontrollers, computer vision are a plus Preferred Skills: Testing embedded device driver modules. Kernel Subsystems knowledge (eg Scheduling, Cache, Error Handling, etc) Experience in Python, C and C++. Exposure to Qualcomm and Intel architectures and platforms. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks" (1.) Key Responsibilities

  1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

  2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

  3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

  4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
