Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing office correspondence, including emails.
  • Compose and proofread professional emails and other written communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all office activities.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
