We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, hands-on expertise with MongoDB and MariaDB, and a solid understanding of MVC architecture. You will work closely with the product and frontend teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using
  • Implement and manage MongoDB and MariaDB databases effectively.
  • Follow MVC architecture principles for clean, maintainable code.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with frontend and third-party services.
  • Maintain and manage Git repositories with proper version control practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for backend systems.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in backend development using
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of MongoDB and MariaDB.
  • Good understanding of MVC architecture.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub/Bitbucket for version control.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Education: B.Tech or MCA (mandatory).

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
  • Experience with Redis, Docker, or microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
