- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

- Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
- Keeping informed of advancements in the field of development.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Professional experience with Java and the Spring framework is an add-on.
Requirements Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer with a focus on
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 ) and , with experience in building RESTful APIs. Familiarity with frameworks such as Fastify.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as , MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic.
- Understanding of server-side templating languages, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and frameworks (React, Angular, or ). Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and resilient backend systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
