Accounts & Administrative Associate

Location: Sitaram Jindal Foundation (SJF – TRUST), Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.

2. Scholarship & Donation Support

  • Process scholarship applications and maintain donation records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to scholarship and donation activities.

3. Administrative Support

  • Provide assistance in other Trust activities as required.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of accounts and Trust-related work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (preference for accounting specialization).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and take on responsibilities beyond core accounts work.
