Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and application support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, ensuring smooth IT operations in patient care areas.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and hospital-specific peripherals.
  • Perform operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows & basic Linux).
  • Resolve LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues Collaborate with IT team and clinical departments to resolve complex technical problems with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, service requests, and resolutions in line with hospital IT policies. Provide on-site support during emergencies and ensure critical systems run without interruption.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field with Min 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, customer service mind-set, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
