Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for large audit clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery

Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones with internal teams and client stakeholders

Act as the central point of contact between client teams and audit professionals across geographies

Liaise with offices in India, UK, and Africa to ensure seamless communication and alignment

Track progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve bottlenecks in project execution

Maintain documentation and follow-up on action items to ensure accountability

Support client communication in French, including meeting facilitation and written correspondence

Assist in engagement setup and resource coordination

Collaborate with audit teams to ensure compliance with client expectations and internal standards

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Proven experience in project management, preferably in audit or professional services

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines

Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles is a strong advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
