Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage digital marketing projects, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery of tasks by the team. This is a coordination role — not heavy execution — but you should have a strong understanding of digital marketing basics to communicate effectively with both clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and update task statuses.
  • Follow up with designers, content writers, and developers to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate updates and reports to clients.
  • Handle basic digital marketing tasks (posting content, reviewing campaigns, minor edits).

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and basic web development terminology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work during night shift hours (aligning with US/Canada time zones).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.
