We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through effective sales strategies.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Proven track record in acquiring and managing clients in the recruitment domain.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and industry dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience working with IT and non-IT clients.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
