International Voice Process Executive || 5 LPA || 2 way cab provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to understand and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Prior experience in International Voice Process is an added advantage

Position 1: International Voice Process Executive (Freshers & Experienced)

  • Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru
  • Eligibility: 10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Experience: 03 Years
  • Salary: 19,000 39,000 (In-hand)
  • Benefits: 2-way cab, 5-day working

Position 2: Senior Customer Support Associate International Voice

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process
  • Note: Candidates serving notice period or absconded will not be considered

    Salary: 4.2LPA 5LPA
  • Benefits: 1-way cab, 5-day working

Position 3: Voice Process Associate (Freshers & Experienced)

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Eligibility: 10+2 / Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and Experienced
  • Salary:
  • Freshers: 19,000 (In-hand)
  • Experienced: 22,000 (In-hand)
  • Benefits: 2-way cab, 5-day working

Position 4: Graduate Trainee International Voice Process (Freshers Only)

  • Location: Hyderabad, Chennai
  • Eligibility: Graduates only (Freshers)
  • Salary:
  • Month 1: 16,000
  • Month 2: 16,000 + 2,200 (Night Shift Allowance)
  • Month 3: 16,000 + 2,200 + Up to 5,000 (Incentives)
  • Benefits: 2-way cab, 5-day working

Required:

Qualification: Under graduation / Graduation.

Fresher / Experience's

Experience: 1 Year's experience into Customer support voice .

Good knowledge in to resolve the concerns of the customers through voice or chat

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Package :- Max upto 5 LPA

shift: Rotational shift

Working days: 5 working day and 2 rotational off
