We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Student Counsellor for our Trivandrum branch, who will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing end-to-end support in the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, including courses, universities, and countries based on academic background, interests, career goals, and financial capacity.
  • Conduct detailed assessment of student profiles and recommend suitable programmes.
  • Handle enquiry calls, walk-ins, and provide prompt responses to student queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student information.
  • Share course/university options with students on time after counselling.
  • Manage CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups with students.
  • Support students throughout the application process, including documentation, processing, offer follow-ups, and payment conversion.
  • Coordinate with departments like Processing, Documentation, IELTS, and Visa for smooth student updates.
  • Refer students to IELTS/Language training if required.
  • Provide pre-departure and post-departure assistance.
  • Ensure timely communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in student counselling is mandatory.
  • A female candidate
  • Previous experience in study abroad segment is an added advantage
