We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who deeply understands
lead generation, funnel optimization, and paid growth
across platforms, and can independently run high-ROI campaigns for
gyms, fitness products, online programs, WTF Academy, remote coaching, and future launches
.

This role demands someone who can
think like a business owner
, execute like a specialist, and optimize like a growth hacker.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Online Sales & Lead Generation (Core Ownership)

  2. Own
    end-to-end online sales funnels
    :

  3. Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
  4. Generate
    high-quality, conversion-ready leads
    for:
  5. WTF Gyms memberships
  6. Personal training & fitness products
  7. WTF Academy programs
  8. Remote / online offerings
  9. Constantly optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

  10. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Expert Level

  11. Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across:

  12. Lead generation
  13. Website conversions
  14. Retargeting & remarketing
  15. Strong understanding of:
  16. Creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging)
  17. Audience building (custom, lookalike, interest-based)
  18. Campaign structures for scale
  19. Ability to revive
    dead or fatigued ad accounts

  20. Google Ads – Expert Level

  21. Manage and optimize:

  22. Search ads (high-intent keywords)
  23. Display & remarketing
  24. YouTube ads (where applicable)
  25. Strong grip on:
  26. Keyword research & intent mapping
  27. Conversion tracking & attribution
  28. Budget allocation for ROI

  29. Cross-Platform Performance Strategy

  30. Understand how
    Meta, Google, landing pages, CRM, and sales teams
    work together

  31. Build and manage:
  32. Retargeting funnels
  33. Warm & hot audience strategies
  34. Multi-product campaign frameworks
  35. Ability to launch new products quickly and profitably

  36. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

  37. Set up and monitor:

  38. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM, conversion events
  39. Track:
  40. Leads → Follow-ups → Sales
  41. Cost per sale, ROAS, LTV
  42. Create actionable performance reports—not just dashboards

  43. Creative & Copy Collaboration

  44. Guide creative direction for:

  45. Ad copies
  46. Creatives & videos
  47. Landing page messaging
  48. Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to improve conversions

  • Proven experience in
    online sales-focused performance marketing
  • Deep hands-on expertise in
    Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of
    funnels, CRO, and lead quality
  • Ability to scale campaigns—not just run them

  • Experience in
    fitness, gyms, education, or D2C
  • Experience working with CRM & lead management systems
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, email, or SMS funnels
  • Startup / high-growth environment experience
