Job Title: Digital Marketing & Web Design Executive

(Digital Marketing | Website Design | Content Creation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional who can manage our digital marketing activities, design and maintain our website, and create engaging content for online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a blend of design sense, marketing strategy, and content creation skills to enhance our brands online presence and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google, Meta, and others to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.

Plan and manage SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns while ensuring data-driven optimization and ROI-focused execution.

Design, update, and maintain the company website (WordPress or similar CMS) to ensure it is responsive, user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance and SEO.

Create and manage engaging digital content — including social media posts, blogs, web banners, photos, and videos — that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.

Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars and marketing plans to ensure consistent communication across all digital platforms.

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights, and prepare reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, timely updates, and integration of marketing strategies across all online touchpoints.

Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or content creation.

Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics.

Knowledge of web design tools like WordPress, Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.

Ability to capture photos, shoot videos, and create engaging reels for digital and social media platforms

Preferred Skills:

Basic video editing and graphic design skills.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Experience in running performance-based campaigns.

Knowledge of current digital trends and algorithm updates
