Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive, who will play a crucial role in data analysis and automation, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in extracting meaningful insights from data to drive informed decision-making within the operations department. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel. Responsibilities:Create complex formulas and functions in Excel to automate data analysis and calculations.Design and develop Excel dashboards and reports to provide insightful data visualization and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for operational improvements.Identify trends and patterns within data sets, offering valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and cleansing procedures.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.Develop and maintain macros to automate various processes and tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience as MIS Analyst/Executive.Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and macros.Experience in designing and developing Excel dashboards and reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
