JOB PURPOSE

Preparation and audit of consolidated Financial statements of GMR Airport Limited (GAL), so as to enable publication, submission of financial results of GAL as per timelines and SEBI LODR requirements.

Provide support in implementation of IND AS.

ORGANISATION CHART

This position will report to AGM - BACC

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Consolidation of financials statements.
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS.
  • Preparation of Quarterly Consolidated Forecasting.
  • Preparation of Consolidated Monthly Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
  • Monitor progress of the schedule & highlight /escalate any slippages.
  • Preparation of PLIP calculation for Target EBIDTA.
  • Consolidate airport sector financials and provide the same in time for review by the superiors, after highlighting the variations.
  • Ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of queries from subsidiaries.
  • Closely interact with the auditors and resolve or escalate consol audit issues.
  • Identify improvement areas in the consolidation process and initiate action for deployment of the same.
  • Analysis of financials & Audit committee presentation.
  • Preparation of analysis of the financials and variance analysis for management review.
  • Preparation of audit committee presentation.
