Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage pharmacy operations across all centres on a Pan-India level ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for pharmacy functions including procurement, inventory management, dispensing, and audits.
• Ensure adherence to drug storage, handling, and dispensing guidelines as per regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with regional pharmacy teams to streamline processes, optimize costs, and ensure uninterrupted drug availability.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance data, generate reports, and present insights to management for decision-making.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to pharmacists across branches to ensure service excellence.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for audits, branch visits, and operational support.
