Roles and Responsibilities:

•ServiceNow Development: Strong development skills for ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.

•Service Portal: Hands-on experience on ServiceNow portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.

•Integrations: Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with ServiceNow platform

•CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts

•Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize ServiceNow platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.

•Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation related to development results for future reference and compliance.

•Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure a seamless testing process and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

•Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to best practices, standards, and security protocols.

•Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on ATF scripting and testing best practices.

•Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ServiceNow, integrations, and automation technologies to recommend and implement improvements in testing methodologies.

Skills (Must):

•Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

•Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow complex Integrations

•Advanced Knowledge of ServicePortal

•Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle

•Good knowledge about different SCDL

•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

•Experience of leading a team will be an advantage

•Good time-management skills

•Great interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications (Preferred):

•ServiceNow CSA certified

•Micro certification – Service Portal
