Role Description

We're hiring Senior Analysts in the Customer Experience (CX) space

Qualifications

  1. Experience in VoC program design, dashboard design, closed loop process, feedback analysis, insights generation, customer journey mapping, customer segmentation.

  2. Working CX Experience of 3 to 5 years

  3. Preferred location: Bangalore

  4. Experience with Qualtrics is an added advantage.
