This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a dynamic Senior Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing service provider relationships and executing marketing activities in India. This individual will be responsible for relaunching RingCentral's presence within the market, particularly via our primary go to market channel - which is via Telecom Service Providers,. This role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with product, propositions, sales and marketing functions - among others.
This position works very closely with one of our primary partner in India, and will therefore require someone who has exceptional collaboration skills across different external stakeholders. This individual will need to heavily influence our partners' marketing activity, to ensure our offering is prioritized, while demonstrating return on investment from marketing funds.
As the marketing leader of the region, you'll need to actively network with key stakeholders, through ongoing advocacy and representation of RingCentral's portfolio. Activating, inspiring and encouraging quality lead generation from our key partners will be your primary objective.
Although you will not be responsible for executing the marketing activity, you will be responsible for ensuring that A) It takes place via our partner's marketing team and b) reporting on the tangible impact to the sales pipeline.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Demand Generation — Help identify and grow marketing pipeline with our service provider through quarterly demand generation campaigns (webinars, collateral, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach). Adapt RingCentral campaigns for our partners and manage execution through their marketing teams.
- Marketing Enablement – Allocate marketing development funds and maintain responsibility to justify return on investments. Work with partners to understand their marketing needs and galvanize their marketing efforts to promote RingCentral's portfolio.
- Marketing Planning - Drive marketing commitments from our primary partner, through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns in lead and opportunity generation.
- Product Release and Launches – Work with RingCentral product and sales teams to adapt quarterly feature updates and launch new solutions
- Content Marketing - Create pitch decks and other product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the country with/ through partners.
- Carrier Relationship Management – Build strong working relationships with our service provider partner. Build influence and win mindshare with key marketing stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of marketing experience or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of telecoms or cloud technology market
- Experience in partner marketing within SaaS or cloud services
- Experience working cross-functionally within partner marketing teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation and project management capability
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while working remotely
- Ability to work independently as a self starter and operate within a virtual team.
- Understanding of marketing programs and how companies work with Channels and Global Service Provider networks.
- Strong understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center solutions (CCaaS), and telecom experience.
