Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Marketing Manager  for a reputed company in Mumbai(Andheri East).

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet sales goals.
2. Research market trends and competitors to inform our marketing approach.
3. Collaborate with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
4. Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
5. Ensure high-quality marketing materials are produced consistently.
6. Analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
7. Mentor and support a team of marketing professionals.
8. Foster relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
9. Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and best practices.
10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 8+ years of marketing experience in real estate, with managerial experience.

• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer behavior.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects
