About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing data, creating reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of quizzes and events. Prior experience in event management, logistics, or client servicing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

• Collect, organize, and analyze participant and event-related data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
• Track event metrics, budgets, and timelines.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for operational updates.
• Share necessary materials, reports, and updates with clients on time.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally.

Operations & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end logistics for quizzes and events (venue arrangements, equipment, couriers, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of all event materials and smooth onsite/online setup.

Event Support

• Assist quizmasters/ facilitators & troubleshoot operational issues during events.
• Document best practices and maintain checklists/templates for future events.

Apart from the functions listed above, the new hire may also be expected to assist with peripheral activities such as classroom/event management.

• Any undergraduate degree is sufficient Is friendly and has an ability to build trust quickly over the phone and through email;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly on the job and have a problem-solving approach;
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Should be comfortable with MS Office;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
