About Us: At DCA, we believe in the power of authentic voices. Our Influencers Team is at the heart of shaping brand perception and driving engagement through meaningful collaborations. We're looking for a creative, proactive intern to support influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing brand solutions tailored for influencers and digital campaigns.
  • Support in end-to-end production coordination – from content ideation to execution and delivery.
  • Work with the team on brand briefs, proposals, and campaign decks.
  • Coordinate with influencers, managers, and brands to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
  • Research latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and content production.
  • Track campaign performance, gather insights, and support in preparing reports.

  • Assist in maintaining campaign calendars, agreements, and other documentation.

  • What We're Looking For: Passion for influencer culture, digital trends, and social media platforms.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A creative eye and attention to detail.

  • Proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.

  • Good to Have: Prior internship or project work in marketing/social media
