Body Shop Advisor

• Greet and assist customers with accident/repair requirements.
• Inspect damaged vehicles, prepare estimates, and explain repair costs.
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors for approvals and claim processing.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for accident jobs and insurance claims.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of bodyshop operations, repair processes, and insurance procedures.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates and explain technical issues clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge (DMS, MS Office).

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in bodyshop/insurance-related roles (automobile industry preferred).

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
