Requirements
  • 6+ years of overall QA experience, with 2–3 years focused on automation testing within the nCino platform.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for nCino and Salesforce platforms using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for various nCino modules.
  • Deliver high-quality QA artifacts, including test plans, traceability matrices, and test summary reports.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Validate customizations, workflows, integrations, and data migrations in the nCino/Salesforce environment.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce test automation using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and nCino modules.
  • Domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and test management platforms.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • nCino certification or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder).
  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-based testing environments.
