Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and nCino. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows.

This role involves designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements and acceptance criteria. They will also perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS) and Workflow Automation.

Responsibilities include validating Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems. The Automation Engineer will ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing. Additionally, they will define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.

Mentorship is a key aspect of this role, as the Automation Engineer will mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits
