Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager located in, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, Barely, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Patna, Muzafarpur, Gaya, Chapra, Jaipur, Raipur, Dehradun, Shimla, Bhopal, Indore, Guwahati, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Kolkata . The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and market share. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, managing sales campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and managing client relationships. The role also involves overseeing marketing communications and promotional activities, and preparing detailed reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.

  • Marketing Strategy and Sales Planning skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in managing Client Relationships and Account Management
  • Ability to Create and Execute Promotional Campaigns
  • Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Software
  • Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
