Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for medical devices — from opportunity identification to submission and follow-up. The role requires excellent coordination, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of institutional and government procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and review relevant tenders from government and institutional portals (GeM, CPP, HLL, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit technically and commercially compliant bids.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals.
  • Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and tender summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office and e-tendering portals.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
