Job Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact product training and demonstrations to salon professionals and key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating partners on treatment protocols and product offerings, ensuring alignment with business development goals, and building strong relationships with salon teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training sessions for salon professionals, focusing on treatments and product usage.
Lead both initial and ongoing training programs for new and existing partner teams within the assigned region.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align training efforts with business objectives and ensure partner success.
Coordinate and plan training programs with the Senior Training Manager to ensure timely and effective execution.
Participate in meetings with prospective clients to introduce the brand, demonstrate product efficacy, and build rapport.
Represent the brand as part of a wider community-focused mission, inspiring partner teams to feel connected and motivated.
