Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing architectural plans and layouts for residential and commercial redevelopment projects.
  • Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed drawings in line with client requirements and project feasibility.
  • Overseeing design modifications and resolving on-site design challenges.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and 3D Modelling.
  • Knowledge of animation/visualization tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to translate concepts into clear, practical designs.
  • Experience as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Architecture.
  • COA registration preferred.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience (redevelopment experience is a plus).
