Key Responsibilities
- Designing and developing architectural plans and layouts for residential and commercial redevelopment projects.
- Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed drawings in line with client requirements and project feasibility.
- Overseeing design modifications and resolving on-site design challenges.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and 3D Modelling.
- Knowledge of animation/visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to translate concepts into clear, practical designs.
- Experience as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role preferred.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Architecture.
- COA registration preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (redevelopment experience is a plus).
