Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within our Organisation. This includes recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will work closely with the store management team to create a positive work environment, build an effective team, and support the store's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Ensure that staffing levels are maintained to meet store operations' requirements.
- Collaborate with the store management team to understand staffing needs, particularly during peak seasons like festivals, sales, and new product launches.
- Onboarding & Training:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
- Organize and conduct regular training programs, focusing on customer service, store operations, product knowledge (Indian ethnic wear), and store culture.
- Ensure employees are educated on safety, store policies, and compliance regulations.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive working environment by resolving employee conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related issues, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to increase job satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and other perks.
- Review compensation structures periodically to ensure they remain competitive and fair.
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure the store complies with all labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and update store policies to ensure they reflect current laws and best practices.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Workforce Scheduling:
- Manage work schedules, ensuring proper coverage for peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Work with store managers to address absenteeism and scheduling issues promptly.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Employee Motivation & Retention:
- Develop strategies for retaining top talent and improving employee satisfaction.
- Create reward and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
