Key Responsibilities-

  • Create engaging static and video creatives for digital campaigns (social media, performance marketing, branding).
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and refine design concepts.
  • Develop brand-specific creatives, including logos, layouts, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency across brand guidelines and campaign assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI workflows, and creative innovations.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (for image/video generation and ideation).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and creative work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
