Company Description JG Design is an Public Art and Fabrication Studio located in Noida, Sector 132 in the NCR region of Delhi. The firm is renowned for undertaking inspiring works of art in various mediums. JGD's work explores contemporary yet Indian-inspired artworks in public spaces.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Noida. Assist the design team in creating visual assets for artworks, print, digital, and multimedia projects, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.

Prepare design mock-ups, prototypes, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.

Ensure design files are production-ready, properly formatted, and adhere to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with designers to brainstorm, research, and develop creative concepts aligned with client needs and brand guidelines.

Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing valuable input and learning from feedback.

Stay updated on design trends and materials and integrate fresh ideas into your work.

Assist the design team in creating visual assets for print, web, APP, digital, and multimedia projects, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.

Maintain an organized digital library of images, fonts, graphics, and other design resources.

Assist in sourcing and managing assets required for ongoing projects.

Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project briefs before final delivery.

Support senior designers in ensuring quality control across deliverables.

Handle administrative tasks such as preparing and updating databases (e.g., client records, and project tracking).

Ensure all project files are correctly organized, regularly backed up, and accessible for the team.

Manage cloud-based storage systems and maintain physical backups of critical data, ensuring alignment with mirror copies for redundancy.

Assist in organizing and archiving design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and foster a collaborative environment.

Participate in internal training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and understanding of design principles.

Represent JG Design professionally in client interactions and presentations.

Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts by designing visually compelling content for social media or promotional materials.

Communicate progress regularly with project managers and senior designers.

Proficient in Graphics and Graphic Design

Experience in Logo Design and Branding

Proficiency in relevant design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
